Runtime error 3706 provider cannot be found Hardware system requirements for WISC-IV Setup failed - not enough ram Wtndls32.dll cannot be found Resolution:Computer systems that have marginal memory may encounter problems with installing or running the WISC-IV Writer software. The computer MUST have at least 32 MB RAM to install and run the software. If your PC has 32 MB of ram, you may need to just reboot your pc and try the install again.
