Runtime error 339 - sslstbar.ocx or one of its dependencies Resolution:If you are receiving this error message please insure that your software is fully up to date. If you are unable to perform updates at this time, he solution below also will resolve this error. Upon receiving this message, users should uninstall the WIAT-II software. After the uninstall is complete, restart the computer and then install the software. This issue is more prevelent with older versions of Windows.
