History profile does not exist for this examinee and is required to generate any WPPSI-III Writer Reports
Resolution:
If you try to create a WPPSI-III Writer Report for a client that does not have a history profile entered, you will receive this error, "A History profile does not exist for this examinee and is required to generate any WPPSI-III Writer Reports." You can create a History profile from the Examinee Data window.
The Examinee Data window has separate tabs for Examinee Data and for WPPSI-III History. Click the WPPSI-III History tab and click New.
Enter the required information. The screens allow for entering History Data information about:
- Referral
- Home
- Language
- Development
- Sensory/Motor
- Health
- Neurological
- Education
- School Performance
- Achievement
- Examiner Observations
