Error -2147467259 (80004005), operation must use an updateable query

Error Description:

Resolution:

If you receive the error "Error -2147467259 (80004005), operation must use an updateable query" please contact your technology officer. They will need to change the permissions of the install folder. You will need to be granted Full Control of the program folder that the software was installed to and all of its sub-directories.

-Log in as administrator

-Right Click on your start button and choose explore.

-Find the C:\TPC folder and right click on it and choose properties. 

-Choose the security tab. 

-Select users and go to the bottom and select the option for full control. 

-Click apply and then OK. 

-Do the same for the    C:\Program Files\Common Files folder
