Referral and background information not correct
Resolution:
If the information you see on the report in the section for Referral and background incorrectly reflects the examinee, Please verify the information that was added into the history report. Anything typed into the history will show up exactly as you have typed it, to include misspellings and statements that do not seem to make sense.
To open an existing History Report
- Click on Examinee Data
- Highlight the examinee
- Click on open
- Click on the Wais III Wms III Wiat II History tab
- Highlight the history listed in this box.
- Click open
- Click through each screen, with the next button until you locate the inaccurate information
- Make the proper changes
- Continue clicking next until the only option is finish.
- Click Finish and you will see a box that states "" A history report has been saved for ""@nickname"" click ok to this and your changes will now be reflected in the report.
- Re-Run the report you were attempting to create.
