The Sensory Profile software does not include the questionnaires in printable form and the program does not include Internet capability.

The questionnaires for the software can be purchased through Pearson Assessment Customer Service. You can contact Customer Service at email address customer.service1@pearson.com or fax to 1-800-232-1223.

The Sensory Profile is no longer available for purchase. Please update your software to the enhanced Sensory Profile Select Scoring Assistant.
