Error Description:

User jet database cannot open file c:\programs\40...\1.mdb, file already opened by another user

Resolution:

This error occurs because you need administrative rights to open the database folder, and do not have those rights granted to you. Please contact your IT department to change your user rights to the folder C:\Program Files\40,000 Selected Words to give you complete access.
