Why do the Answer/Explanation pop-up windows display the same answer as I advance through question after question?

Because the Answer/Explanation window does not refresh. Close the window after you have viewed it for one question. Then it will open with fresh content when you click the ‘Get Answer/Explanation’ link on a different question.
