Please ensure the following:
- Must allow pop-ups because explanation is a pop-up window
- Must close pop-up explanation before clicking ‘next’ to go to next question. Otherwise, the same explanation will display.
If this doesn’t resolve issue, then:
- Go to Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options
- On General Tab, click ‘Settings’
- Ensure that ‘Never’ is not selected as this results in content not being refreshed. “Automatically” is the recommended setting.
