Resolution:

Older versions of PsychCorpCenter software may be installed. (like WIAT-II Scoring Assistant) Because the install was flagged to 'always' overwrite the help file, the file needs to be replaced with the newer one.

  1. Close all running programs.
  2. Insert the WPPSI-III French CD.
  3. When the installer starts, choose Repair and click next. Reboot as necessary.
