Resolution:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
  2. Rename the file WIAT_NORMS.mdb to WIAT_NORMS.old
  3. Insert the WISC-IV Scoring Assistant CD-ROM.
  4. It should automatically start the installer. Choose the "Repair" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, leave the cd in the drive, and let it restart immediately.
