Resolution:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
  2. Rename the file WISCiv_norms.mdb to WISCiv_norms.old
  3. Insert the WISC-IV Integrated Scoring Assistant CD-ROM.
  4. It should automatically start the installer. Choose the ""Repair"" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, let it restart immediately
