Resolution:
Follow these steps to delete the file { AS_rep.mdb }:
- Use Windows Explorer or My Computer to locate the folder C:TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Report Data.
- Locate the file { AS_rep.mdb }. Highlight the file.
- Click File, Delete.
- Go to http://www.pearsonassessmentsupport.com/support/index.php?View=download&EntryID=485
- Download and install PCC 2 update.
- Select the Repair option at the Repair or Remove prompt.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to complete Repair.
- Reboot computer.
Additional Information:
When Repair is complete, you can restart the computer and launch WISC-IV-W Scoring Assistant.
