Resolution:

To correct the report error, do the following:

  • Go to C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
  • Rename the file WIAT_NORMS.mdb to WIAT_NORMS.old
  • Insert the WISC-IV Scoring Assistant 2.0 CD-ROM. Or download the latest update from http://www.pearsonassessmentsupport.com/support/index.php?View=files&CategoryID=13 (Follow on screen prompts) 
  • When the installer starts. Choose the ""Repair"" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, leave the cd in the drive, and let it restart immediately.
