This is an error message that you will see if the Windows or Network user does not have privileges to access an FTP site or to download from the Internet. Your network administrator can grant this right to you as a user.

If you would like to disable the automatic update prompt, click Options, and click Enable Automatic Updates. If no check mark shows beside Enable Automatic Updates, it is disabled.
