Frequently Asked Question:

Why do I get NA for some of the scores in the report?

Answer:

The score of NA indicates that the Raw Score that should be entered in the Assessments section of the software was not entered. Leaving out some of the Raw Scores, or chosing not to administer those subtests will cause the NAs to display in the report. This could also be because a question in that section was intentionally marked as Not Appropriate.

If the Narrative Report does not show a certain section, it means not all items for that section were answered.
