Age out of range at testing

Resolution:

Error at Examinee Data Screen: The Date of Birth may revert to the current date and give a PsychCorpCenter error, "The date entered must be earlier than the current date. Please correct." To avoid this error, enter the Date of Birth and immediately press the [Tab] key on the keyboard. This should lock in the correct date.

Error at Assessment Screen: You may receive the following error while attempting to enter a new WISC-IV assessment "Examinee age at testing is out of range. Subtest scores cannot be accepted for this age range. Please verify the Examinee's Date of birth and/or assessment date."

To back out of this area, change the assessment date backwards or forwards until the examinee's Age at Testing is between the range of 6.0 - 16.11 years. You can return to the Examinee Data screen and correct the examinee birth date.
