When entering a Canadian Postal Code into PCAT, it must be typed using the following format with letters in uppercase: "M5S 1A1" or "M5S-1A1" The following will not work: "m5s 1a1", "m5s-1a1", "M5S - 1A1", "M5S1A1", "m5s1a1."
