Why does AIMSweb provide criterion cut scores for some measures and not all?

The default criterion templates exist as part of the original AIMSweb software. They were created to meet the needs of customers transitioning from other products to the AIMSweb software. We are currently in the process of evaluating the need for additional templates and determining possible solutions.
