Frequently Asked Question:

Report prints black lines over data

Answer:

Print issue with black lines showing in data: Please try a different printer driver with your computer/printer combination. Line shading is used to highlight the center of the scale in the graphs, as with 100 in the Composite Score Profile, or 10 in the Bayley-III Scaled Score Profile.

Behavior Observation Inventory: Alternate items are highlighted in gray. To change this format:

  1. Place your cursor within one of the gray-shaded areas.
  2. Click Table and select Properties.
  3. For Background, click the box below User Defined and change Light Gray to another color or White; you can also click None.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.

Note that these changes will need to be set for each section where the gray color is a problem. This option does not work with areas for Composite Score Profile or Bayley-III Scaled Score Profile.
