Adjustment for a premature child

Article ID: 235
Last updated: 14 Apr, 2010

For the Bayley-III it is important to know if the child was pre-mature. If so, the examiner can enter the number of months and days the child was pre-mature. The months drop down only goes up to 5 months. This is all that can be indicated. The Age at Testing will be adjusted to the adjusted age when the adjustment is added. If the child is adjusted in this manner to less that 16 days, the user will not be allowed to save this information. The same goes for an assessment date in the future that would put the child above 42 months and 15 days.
