Answer:

If certain scores appear on some reports and not on others, the absence indicates that the range of scores does not support this measure. If, however, that range of scores for the same values appeared on reports when the software was first installed, then a program file may be corrupt. Uninstall SAWS-A, delete the SAWS-A.INI file from the Windows folder, and reinstall.

The SAWS A is no longer available for purchase. Support for this software will continue for computers that fall within the parameters of the system requirements.  For a list of system requirements please see the article in this section titled “System Requirements”
