How do I get a report with Canadian norms?

Resolution:

The WISC-IV Canadian Writer installs in the PsychCorpCenter platform. If you already have a WISC-IV product installed, you will not see a difference in the software. Do the following to access the Canadian norms.

1. Open PsychCorpCenter.
2. Click Reports.
3. Choose the examinee from the list.
4. Click Next.
5. In the lower left corner of the window, the Country Norms dropdown appears. Click Canada from the list.
6. Click Preview.
