Frequently Asked Question:I am receiving the message: "Score is greater than zero". I cannot click Part 3, Part 4 or Process Observations Resolution:The message "Score is greater than zero" will appear if the date was not entered for the Process Approach Assessment Date. Remove the value from the score you are trying to enter and go to the Administrative information tab. You can then enter the date.
