Resolution:

Go to C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
Rename the file WISCiv_norms.mdb to WISCiv_norms.old
Insert the WISC-IV Integrated Scoring Assistant CD-ROM.
It should automatically start the installer. Choose the ""Repair"" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, let it restart immediately
