Resolution:

An error has occurred on occasion when installing WPPSI-III Canada Writer, installing another PCC product, uninstalling the second product, running a Tables and Graphs Report, then running an Interpretive Report.

The definition of this error is that the database used to run reports is already being accessed by something else, and is trying to be accessed again by the application. The database is opened exclusively, and therefore throws an error.

Solution ----> Reboot the PC and rerun the report.
