This error usually means that the WAIS-III WMS-III WIAT-II Scoring Assistant Service update did not install smoothly. The file this error message is specifying is either missing damaged or is not correctly registered in Windows. In general, uninstall and then reinstall WAIS-III WMS-III WIAT-II Scoring Assistant to correct the issue. (not the update)

It has also been noted however that there may be a failure in the Microsoft Data Access Layer that initially caused this issue. If reinstalling does not work, please consult with your technology department to update MDAC for your operating System.
