Answer:

The preferred color setting for Sensory Profile is 16 bit. To change your settings, select Start, Settings, Control Panel. Click the Display icon and select the Settings tab. If the color setting is not set to 16-bit, click the arrow at Color, and select the 16-bit setting.

Also 800 x 600 and small fonts are the desired display settings.

The Sensory Profile is no longer available for purchase. Please update your software to the enhanced Sensory Profile Select Scoring Assistant.
