Cannot access alternate or short forms - Version 1.0 only
Answer:
There are issues with the norms used for the Alternate and Short forms, with the graph on the Alternate and Short Form report showing incorrect data for the Mean Correct +-1 SD display. An update is available.
You can download the latest update for the CVLT-II Scoring Assistant from the Technical Support Center web site:
- Select Downloads at the top of this page.
- Choose Operating System, except Windows Vista
- Select Other Products
- Locate CVLT-II Scoring Assistant
- Download Update. When prompted whether to run the program from its current location or save the program to disk, select "Save this program to disk."
- A "Save As" dialog box will be displayed. Save the program file to your desktop by making sure that Desktop is displayed in the "Save In" window. Click the "Save" button to start the download.
To install the update once the program file is downloaded to your desktop:
- On your Desktop, double-click the new CVLT-II update icon.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, accepting all default settings.
- At the completion of the installation, restart the computer and use the program normally.
The following issues were addressed in the update:
- The graphs for the 'Alternate' and 'Short' form assessments show the correct 'Mean Correct +- 1 SD' range.
- On the Research Report, the responses for 'Items Correct' in Trial B match the correct category.
- "Time Since Test" on the 'Assessment Information' tab calculates the correct time interval.
- The norm tables for the Alternate Form have been repaired.
- When entering assessments with extreme (10+) multiple intrusions, "Load_CatsCombo (clsassessment): Invalid Property value Er: 380/Error L: 18" no longer appears.
