In order to successfully complete the steps described in this solution, it will be necessary to log into the PC as a full administrator. If you do not have administrative access, please consult your local technology support person for assistance.
If you receive this error message while trying to create a report, please verify with your IT department that you have adequate rights to the software folder (usually C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter) and the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\TXTextControl 9. If you are not logged in as local administrator and do not have full control of either one of these folders, you could see this error message.
If the error continues, you may need to perform a repair on the software. The Repair function is a new tool that lets the user restore the installation without uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Remove will remove all installed features. If you are unable to reinstall, run the Remove tool first, then reinstall.
