What do my display settings need to be set to?

Answer:

In order for the test to function it requires a display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. If your display settings are set differently, you will need to adjust it prior to using the software. Please follow the steps below.

1. Close all software to get to the desktop.
2. Right-click the background of the desktop and choose Properties.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Your setting will be in the box marked Screen Resolution. (varies by OS) Move the pointer to the 800 x 600 position.
5. Choose Apply, then OK.
6. If you are asked to reboot, you should answer Yes.

Note: If you do not have Administrator Rights on your PC or have been restricted by a security software, you may not be able to make the required changes. Contact the system administrator for assistance.
