End user reports that Q Local states SQL Server could not be installed and the QLocalInstall.log shows Return Code: 15359.

This issue can occur when the date/time have been set incorrectly. The incorrect date/time could potentially be caused by a weak battery on the motherboard that holds the CMOS/BIOS settings and causes it to lose the date/time.
The solution is simple, make sure that the date/time and time zone have been set correctly and attempt the installation again, this time SQL should install.
