The CCC-2 Excel file requires the use of Macros. If you are prompted while opening the file, you must choose to Enable Macros. If you have Microsoft Excel 2003, you may be restricted from enabling Macros for the CCC-2 Excel file. You must enable Macros in order to use the utility. Try the following to allow the "Enable Macros" button to be selected when opening the CCC-2 Excel file.

1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Go to Tools > Macros > Security. Click Security.
3. Choose the Security Level Tab.
4. Select Low as the level and click OK.
5. Open the CCC-2.
6. Click Enable Macros.
