Customer receives a message stating Building FO Tree while running a report, and the report appears blank.

This is due to a & symbol in the comments section of the test.

To resolve this error you can simply click on View/Edit Observation, choose the examinee, select the test at the bottom and click Edit Observ. Replace the & sign in the comments section with the word and. Run a report and insure that the report generates.
