You can move a database from one installation to another. Follow the steps below
Close all open applications before proceeding
Please do the following to resolve your issue.
1. Go to http://www.pearsonassessmentsupport.com/support/
2. Click on the download button.
3. Choose the download product updates link
4. Choose Product Updates for 32-bit Windows .
5. Choose Other products
5. Find Sensory Profile Select in the product update list and click on the update button.

6. Click on the link to download the software and install it.
7. If during the installation it asks for an authorization code please call us at 800-249-0659 and we will obtain this for you.
8. Reboot your computer after the installs.
After the installation of the sensory profile has been installed, you will need to contact the Client Relations or Technical support group to reactivate the remaining subscription of the Sensory Profile or Sensory Profile Select Scoring Assistant. It is helpful if you have the original purchase order number or account number to help us locate the original purchase or subscription renewal.
