If when running report for the Brown ADD you recieve the message "Crystal Reports Viewer Physical Database Not Found", first try uninstalling and reinstalling the program. If this fails, run the PCC Crystal Reports Update 8.5, located at TPCCPG.COM >Downloads>Utilitiesor by contacting Technical Support for a copy at 800-627-7271
If this does not correct this error message search for and (Copy only) the file p2soledb.dll to the folder C:\windows\system32. This indicates, you may use other applications that also use the Crystal Reports Viewer on this machine.
