No. DIBELS scores are supported by the standard AIMSweb data system and can be imported or entered by hand but the AIMSweb Palm Link software for handheld scoring and data capture exclusively supports AIMSweb branded measures for Early Literacy, Early Numeracy, and Oral Reading Fluency.
