Unable to access start button or view options at screen resolution 800x600

Answer:

After changing the screen resolution from 800x600 to administer the Microcog, you may encounter an issue attempting to view certain options as well as the start button in the microcog platform. The issue may be caused by the font size taking up room on display and in the testing platform. You can view or change these settings from (120 dpi) down to (96 dpi) as follows:

• Right-click on the desktop background, select PROPERTIES.
• Select the SETTINGS tab, and click on the ADVANCED button.
• Select the General tab, and under DISPLAY: change DPI setting by clicking on the drop down menu and change from (120 dpi) to (96 dpi).
• Select apply and press ok . This should change the font size on display and allow more room for options to better view the testing platform in microcog.
