Install will not proceed past Registration Cofirmation

Answer:

This issue may be caused by Internet Security software installed on your machine. If you are installing the Pal II Users guide CD-rom and cannot complete the installation past Registration Cofirmation, or the install seesm stuck in a loop.

To resolve please either disconnect your internet cionnection, by unplugging your network cable or right clicking on the connection icon and choosing to disable. the network connection
