Answer:

The Sensory Profile Conduit must be running on the Desktop in order for HotSync to function correctly. It is suggested that the Conduit be launched first, then the Desktop for the best results.

The Sensory Profile is no longer available for purchase. Please update your software to the enhanced Sensory Profile Select Scoring Assistant.
