Answer:

To keep proper report formatting, we have limited the comments fields to a maximum of 1,500 characters. This means that once the comment has reached that limit, no other input will be accepted. If you desire to add more, you should create the desired report first. Then edit the report to add in your additional comments.

If you are pasting in test from a word processor, verify the comment does not exceed the 1,500 character limit first.
