Error Description:
An error occured at location: PsychCorpCenter.NavBarItemManager.LoadItems()
Error Message: NavBarGroupID
Resolution:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue above:
- Navigate to the following location: C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Data
- Delete the file named: AS_SETUP
- Copy the file named: AS_DATA to another location such as the desktop
- Navigate to the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs
- Find PsychCorpCenter-II in the list of currently installed programs and click Change
The PsychCorpCenter-II installation wizard will appear
- Click on Repair and click Next
- Once the Repair feature has ended, open PsychCorpCenter-II
- Once opened, close the program
- Navigate back to the following location: C:\TPC\PsychCorpCenter\Data
- Copy and paste the file you placed on your desktop (AS_DATA) into the location in Step 9
- Open PsychCorpCenter-II
