To update your PsychCorpCenter-I one products first you will need to know what products are installed on your computer currently. To do this open PsychCorpCenter-I and navigate to the help menu at the top of the screen. From the help menu select “About PsychCorp”. This will open a window with a button labeled “Product Info”. Here you will find a list of all PsychCorpCenter-I software that you have installed. If any of the versions of your software start with a 1, then you will need to update that product.
To update your programs you can download and install the update from TPCCPG.com. At the top of the page you will see a button that says “Downloads”. Click on Downloads and then select Download Product updates. You will be presented with a list of Windows operating systems, select your Operating System. On the next page there will be two options, “Wechsler Products” and “Other Products”. All Wechsler products are located under the “Wechsler Products” option, and all other products are located under “Other Products”. When you select “Wechsler Products” or “Other Products” you will be presented with a list of products. Please select your product and then click on the 2.0 update for your product. Follow the instructions that are on the screen and prceed with the install.
After you install your updates open your PsychCorpCenter-II and you should be able to enter into the application.
