The Technical Manual provides customers with norms tables to allow customers to calculate
scores manually without using the scoring assistant, if needed. This was an important feature for
some of our customers; however, to include the large number of readable tables (i.e., make them
of readable font size), it brought the page count to over 550 pages, which is too large to bind as
we had planned. Providing the manual on CD with user-friendly navigation features not only
helps customers navigate through the manual more efficiently, but it also provides the
information to customers in a more environmentally-friendly format.
