In the Nepsy II (Stimulus Book Two) Page 181, Item 8, the stimulus book does not match the answer sheet in the Record form ages 5-16, page 31. The record form has 9 boxes but the stimulus book shows 12.
This was an error on the Record form ages 5-16, and was corrected in the second printing of the Record form.
