This error usually presents you with a 'Retry' button on the error. Clicking 'Retry' may get you past the error. This may occur for different files repeatedly. Keep clicking 'Retry' until the install finishes.

If errors occur using the software, follow the steps below.

1. Browse to the location C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\WISC IV
2. Click Edit > Select All.
   
3. Click Edit > Delete.
   
4. Close the window, and insert the WISC-IV Canadian Scoring Assistant CD.
   
5. The install should start and present you with an option to Repair the installation. Choose Repair and click Next.
   

After the repair is finished, the software should function normally.
