Error Description:

Runtime error number 429 error line 30 description active x component cannot create object
Runtime error 430 class does not support automation or does not support expected interface
Do not have appropriate license to use this functionality

Resolution:

WISC-IV Integrated Scoring Assistant must be installed with administrator access to the computer system. You may need assistance from your IT department to complete the installation or repair.

If you have problems with the installation, you can use the Repair or Remove Option to correct or remove the program from the system. The Repair function lets the user restore the installation without uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Remove will remove all installed features. If you are unable to reinstall, run the Remove tool first, then reinstall.
