Resolution:
- Go to C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
- Rename the file WISCiv_norms.mdb to WISCiv_norms.old
- Insert the WISC-IV Integrated Scoring Assistant CD-ROM.
- It should automatically start the installer. Choose the ""Repair"" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, let it restart immediately
