This error occurs after a failed install attempt. It can be caused by Internet Explorer being installed and afterwards the install failing or being canceled. The computer must be rebooted and the Internet Explorer install finished, before trying to start the install again. It may also require running Uninstall from the PsychCorp Center program file before rebooting and reinstalling.
This may require several reboots.
