Resolution:

This error occurs when you are attempting to restore a backup into the PsychCorpCenter. If you are receiving this error check the following to see if they apply.

• When restoring from an old system into a new system, verify that all TPC products installed on the old system are also now installed on the new system.
• If you have a mix of products, old and new PsychCorpCenter products, a restore may not be allowed.

The Psychological Center is aware of this situation and is working on a way to resolve this at this time.
